Audrey Stringer is a well–known Bereavement Counsellor, Author, Motivational Speaker and Laughter Yoga Leader. She enjoyed producing and Hosting “Present Company” with TV Cogeco in Lambton County. The Children’s Chapter from her first book “Get Over It” was featured in Canadian Living Magazine. Her many interviews included CBC Radio Windsor, Rogers TV London, Sarnia TV Cogeco , First Monday Magazine, The Observer, and London Free Press.
Audrey’s first book, “Get Over It”: Surviving Grief to Live Again was published in 2005. Her second book, “Scaling the Mountain of Grief: Creating a New Normal Through Loss and Healing was published in 2011. Her third book, “Buddy’s Life Lessons”: My Paw Prints on Grief and Loss came out in 2014. Audrey is busy writing her fourth book. In 2015, Audrey created greeting cards for people who have lost their pets.
